Verification Standards

Quality Assurance

Maintaining strict inspection workflows to satisfy international standards and deliver materials with zero deviations.

International Certifications & Standards

PT Sungming Metal Indonesia runs in compliance with global quality and environmental management architectures. Our parent company's long-established ISO framework is deployed directly into our Indonesian production facility.

Every batch of copper billet, slab, and copper bus-bar is tracked from melting furnace to customer yard with detailed material test reports (MTR) specifying chemical composition and electrical properties.

9001

ISO 9001

Certified Quality Management System covering casting, extrusion, and custom fabrication.

14001

ISO 14001

Environmental protection compliance, implementing closed-loop scrap recycling operations.

KS

KS D 5530

Korean Industrial Standards compliance guaranteeing electric conductivity >98% for copper busbars.

JIS

JIS Certification

Japanese Industrial Standards certification (No. KSKR15001) for international client shipments.

Strict Material Testing Process

Our industrial testing workflow implemented before any shipment leaves our shipping yard.

01

Spectrochemical Analysis

We analyze the molten bath using a high-precision optical emission spectrometer to confirm chemical composition and ensure copper purity is strictly maintained at ≥99.95% before casting billets.

02

Dimensional Calibration

Extruded and cut copper bus-bars are examined using digital micrometer instrumentation to guarantee cross-sectional dimensional tolerance remains within 0.05mm of client drawings.

03

Conductivity Measurement

We perform eddy current testing on the finished bus-bars to confirm conductivity values exceed 98% IACS. Any specimen falling below the limit is immediately routed back to the recycling furnace.

04

Tensile & Hardness Test

Destructive physical tests are executed on sample coupons to evaluate elongation, tensile strength, and Vickers hardness (HV), ensuring the metal can withstand bending without structural cracks.
